Olga Tsoy is a partner at Digests Global Law Firm and serves as the head of the Legal Department at the Republican Design Institute “Uzengineering” under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan. She also holds positions as a board member and Director of the Association of Consulting Engineers of Uzbekistan. Olga is a certified FIDIC consulting specialist and PPP consultant, and she is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (London, UK, MCIArb) and the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF). She holds the title of “Third Class Legal Adviser” from the Ministry of Justice of Uzbekistan.
Olga Tsoy earned a Master’s degree in International Investment and Construction Law, focusing on legal regulations within investment and construction activities. She is an author of articles on international construction contract aspects.
With 25 years of experience spanning banking, automotive, foreign trade, investment, engineering, and construction sectors, Olga advises clients on various issues, including FIDIC-based construction projects and other engineering fields. She also represents clients in state and arbitration courts under various arbitration rules.
