Shokhrukhbek Tillaboev

Shokhrukhbek Tillaboev is an advocate specializing in intellectual property law, international law, and digital law. He holds a PhD in Law in the field of international law and serves as a lecturer and senior researcher at Tashkent State University of Law.

He focuses on the protection of intellectual property rights in the digital environment, including international legal frameworks and their implementation in national legislation.

In 2022, he completed his Master’s degree in International Law and Intellectual Property Law at Brunel University London.

In 2024, he completed an international internship at the World Intellectual Property Organization and graduated from the WIPO Summer School on Intellectual Property. He also completed an international internship at the University of Coimbra, where he studied modern European approaches to public international law, including international institutions, human rights, and transnational regulation.

In 2025, he defended his doctoral dissertation on the international legal protection of intellectual property rights in the digital era. His research examined treaty mechanisms, including TRIPS and WIPO treaties, the work of international organizations, and the implementation of international standards into national legislation.

He is the author of more than 20 academic publications, including publications indexed in international databases such as Scopus. He actively participates in international conferences, round tables, and academic projects.
